Reservation Procedures

Reservation Procedures

 

The completed Application for Use for any room(s) of the Community Center must be submitted with a reservation deposit and insurance fees. Reservations will not be accepted if there are outstanding bills or previous violations of rules from prior use.

 

The Balance of the room charge and any other fees are due 30 days prior to the event. Checks should be made payable to Holy Rosary Parish. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. 

 

Special permits must be presented 30 days prior to the event.

 

Deposit: A Cleaning/Damage fee is required. Refund amount will be determined by Parish Staff after the event, based upon the cleaning or repair necessary. Refund will be initiated after the cleaning/maintenance is complete.

 

Cancellations: There will be a feww of $50 for cancellations made six months or more prior to an event. Entire reservation deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than six months prior to an event.
